ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All of our items come directly from our current shoppe inventory and are clean and ready to wear. Please allow 2 days from your purchase date for orders to ship. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for orders from Luna & Stone to be prepared these items may be custom ordered from outside our regular currently available inventory. Please allow 1-2 weeks for handmade items to be prepared as these items are also custom ordered.
Our staff will be available on Monday afternoon between 12-2 pm, Friday evening between 6-8 pm and Sunday morning between 10-12 pm for pickup from our Winnipeg location. Pick ups are by appointment. You will be emailed a link to our booking calendar and asked to select one and schedule your pickup at 539 St. Mary's Road. This option is free.

All orders are shipped from our shoppe in Winnipeg, Canada.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
Standard shipping to Canada is via Regular Parcel, takes approximately 5 business days and includes delivery confirmation and tracking. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
SHIPPING TO THE US:
All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Standard shipping includes tracking and automatic shipping information updates.
The default shipping method for international orders is Canada Post Small Packet International Air. This method can often take 3-5 weeks, sometimes longer. Please select a country-specific shipping upgrade at checkout should you wish to have your parcel shipped express with tracking.
Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the buyer and may require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Pearl & Birch shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/delivery. Should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Pearl & Birch is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information submitted at checkout. Undeliverable orders may be reshipped at the expense of the buyer.
Due to the curated, one-of-a-kind, preloved and handmade nature of all of our pieces, each order is considered a final sale. To ensure you are ordering the perfect item, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to ordering with any questions you may have.
We do not accept order cancellations. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
